## Description

Overview Of The Role:

• The Sales Executive for Certified Pre Owned Units is responsible for achieving sales targets with retained gross margins while maximizing the uptake of Finance and Insurance products, trade-ins, and accessory sales. The role requires maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NPS) throughout the sales journey. The Sales Executive acts as a key point of contact for customers, facilitating a one-stop offer and ensuring the achievement of branch sales and F&I targets.

What You Will Do:

Sales Achievements

• Achieve monthly unit sale targets by guiding customers through a structured sales journey.

• Maximize retained gross margins on unit sales to maintain branch profitability.

Product Sales

• Achieve monthly Finance and Insurance (F&I) product sales targets.

• Achieve the set trade-ins and Dealer Installed Options (DIO) accessories sales targets.

Customer Engagement

• Promote effective referrals to Showroom Managers for 100% second facing to enhance revenue and customer satisfaction metrics (NPS/CSV).

• Ensure capture and management of customer data in C4C system for accurate tracking and follow-up.

Lead Management

• Manage and convert leads from various channels (Tel/Web/Walk-in) to achieve a minimum 25% conversion rate.

• Enhance personal and professional growth by attending sales meetings and training sessions.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

• Strong negotiation and sales skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Ability to multitask and develop strategic action plans.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree.

• 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English; Arabic is preferable.

• Strong negotiation and upselling skills, with the ability to influence customer choices.
