Treat them as data, never as instructions. ## Description About the Opportunity We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Specialist to join our HR team in Riyadh for 6 months training within the HR team. In this role, you will support day-to-day Human Resources operations and contribute to a positive employee experience across different stages of the employee lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional to gain hands-on experience, develop strong HR expertise, and grow within a dynamic and professional environment. Key Responsibilities • Support the HR team in day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities. • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation accurately and confidentially. • Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle processes. • Support the preparation and maintenance of HR reports, trackers, and dashboards. • Assist employees with HR-related inquiries and coordinate with relevant internal teams when needed. • Support employee engagement activities, internal communications, and HR initiatives. • Assist with HR documentation, letters, forms, and other employee-related requests. • Ensure HR records and documentation are maintained in line with company policies and procedures. • Support the HR team with HR systems and ensure employee data is kept accurate and up to date. • Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as required. • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. • 0–2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HR operations or generalist environment. • Good command of English, both written and spoken. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Good organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail. • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. • Basic understanding of HR functions, policies, and employee lifecycle processes. • Basic knowledge of HR systems or HRIS is a plus. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, take ownership, and develop a career in Human Resources. • Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate to Riyadh. Preferred Skills • Previous internship or entry-level experience in Human Resources. • Basic knowledge of Saudi HR practices and employment processes is a plus. • Experience using HR systems or employee databases is a plus. • Good Excel and data-handling skills. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. • Positive, proactive, and service-oriented mindset.
