Key Accountabilities

• Manage & Evaluate maintenance concept to achieve optimum balance between risks, costs, and performance (Maintenance Regimes, etc.). RCM, CBM online, CBM offline approaches to be evaluated/deployed.

• Identify Fault Detection that could be done via sensors (instead of Physical CBM or TBM planned inspections/work) and evaluate ROI to extend ENOVA “Smart Sustainable Services”.

• Review and Propose additional Fault Rules to identify Asset Performance degradation via Sensors (existing or additional).

• Identify spare parts required for Preventive Maintenance and for non-preventable failures of critical assets/systems

• Manage standard task list and associated SOPs

• Support Management and specific Product/Process Owners to improve existing Tools & Methods to get complete and accurate data on the Asset Reliability.

• Asset Management:

• Support Field Operations for preparation of Long Term Asset Management Plans including O&M & Asset Replacement Estimated Costs. Propose Asset Replacement Methodology and drive specific Analysis when required, with associated Tools/Methods (including Indicators, Dashboards, etc.).

• Adhere and contribute to ISO55001 Asset Management standard “mindset” broadcast across Operations.

• Ensure all support is given to HSEQ/OPAM/OPS teams for successfully passing ISO55001 Audits on specific projects.

• Monitor asset performance and analyze losses to propose corrective actions and/or continuous improvement initiatives.

• Set and Monitor Asset Reliability indicators (MTBF, MTTR, etc.) to identify Assets with Poor Performance and/or High Maintenance Costs (effort to Maintain).

• Identify Failure Modes and Root Causes; and evaluate associated risk to propose Preventative Maintenance Plans optimizations, including deployment of CBM (connected-Continuous Monitoring, or offline- “standard”), TBM, etc.

• Support Management and specific Product/Process Owners to improve existing Tools & Methods to get complete and accurate data on the Asset Utilization.

• Maintenance budgeting: support BD (Business Development) and Field Operations for Maintenance Budgeting.

• Monitor & Analyze maintenance costs to identify spending drifts and propose cost savings via more efficient maintenance.

• Support Management and specific Product/Process Owners to improve existing Tools & Methods to get complete and accurate data on the Asset Cost Control.
