## Description

WAITER / WAITRESS

We are looking for a well-presented, attractive, confident, and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our growing team for our upcoming café operations.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a polished appearance, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a premium café environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers professionally, ensuring an excellent dining experience.

• Present menus, explain menu items, and recommend food and beverages.

• Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen team.

• Maintain high standards of personal grooming, hygiene, and service presentation.

• Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and presentable.

• Handle customer requests and complaints courteously.

• Support daily café operations and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment is essential.

• Well-groomed, smart, confident, and professionally presented.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly personality.

• Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
