## Description

I'm currently looking for an Operational Risk Senior Associate to join a leading financial institution in Qatar.

The role will involve supporting risk assessments, reviewing controls, maintaining risk registers, preparing reports and working with different teams to improve risk management practices across the organisation.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong risk management background who wants to work in a large, well established organisation and gain exposure to an international working environment. Relocation support will be provided for candidates moving to Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

•
Support the implementation and improvement of risk management frameworks.

•
Conduct risk assessments, RCSAs, control reviews and ongoing risk monitoring.

•
Maintain risk registers, policies, procedures and risk management methodologies.

•
Prepare risk reports and dashboards, highlighting emerging risks and control weaknesses.

•
Work with stakeholders across the organisation to strengthen risk awareness and governance.

•
Support risk-related projects and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

•
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.

•
At least 7 years of experience in risk management.

•
Experience in asset management, wealth management or investment management is preferred.

•
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
