About the Company

Our client is an established player in the UAE's Outdoor Advertising (OOH) market, with a premium portfolio spanning static hoardings, digital unipoles, digital media facades and vessel advertising across Dubai.

They are looking to strengthen their sales team with an experienced, well-connected Lead Sales Manager to drive revenue across this portfolio.

Role Overview

This role exists to grow revenue across an already-established OOH portfolio by developing new business from direct clients and media agencies, managing key accounts, and maintaining strong occupancy across the company's inventory.

You'll be stepping into a competitive, mature UAE OOH market. This isn't a market-building role; it's a revenue-growth role, so the company needs someone who can hit the ground running: someone who already understands this market, already has an active network of direct-client and agency relationships, and is ready to convert that network into signed deals from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business across the company's outdoor advertising portfolio

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts

• Meet with direct clients and media agencies to identify and develop new opportunities

• Prepare and present commercial proposals

• Negotiate and close deals

• Coordinate campaign execution with the operations team

• Cross-sell across the full range of advertising assets

• Represent the company at industry and networking events

• Monitor competitor activity and market trends

Critical Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of total sales experience

• Minimum 5 years of Outdoor Advertising (OOH) sales experience in the UAE

• Bachelor's degree

• Hoardings sales experience

• Digital unipoles sales experience

• Digital media facades sales experience

• Premium OOH inventory sales experience

• Direct-client advertising sales in at least two of these sectors: real estate, retail, jewellery, banking and financial services, automotive, telecom, currency exchange

• Advertising sales through media agencies (local or international)

• Professional working proficiency in English

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience using a CRM system

Important Requirements

• Sales proposal writing

• Client presentations or pitches delivered

• Target-driven sales role with stated results (revenue figures or percentage of target achieved)

• Advertising contracts negotiated and closed personally

• Direct dealings with senior client stakeholders (business owners, C-level, marketing directors)

• RTA media inventory sales

• Annual sales or advertising budget of AED 3M or more managed

• Hindi speaker

• Arabic speaker
