## Description

Job Summary

Lead Organizational Development and Total Rewards initiatives, including organizational design, performance management, succession planning, compensation, benefits, job evaluation, and workforce planning. Ensure HR programs support business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage performance management and talent review processes.

• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives.

• Develop competency frameworks and career progression programs.

• Oversee compensation and benefits programs, salary benchmarking, and annual salary reviews.

• Manage job evaluation and grading activities.

• Analyze HR data and provide insights for decision-making.

• Support change management and employee engagement initiatives.

• Lead and develop the OD & Total Rewards team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 7+ years of experience in Organizational Development and Total Rewards.

• Strong knowledge of compensation & benefits, performance management, job evaluation, and workforce planning.

• Advanced Excel and HRIS experience.

• Professional certifications (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, WorldatWork) are a plus.
