## Description

We're Hiring: Business Development / Sales Executives (Multiple Positions | Commission-Based | Dubai)

Tag It Agency is a full-service social media and creative marketing agency in Dubai, working with brands across the UAE and GCC in real estate, F&B, hospitality, healthcare, beauty, and retail.

We're growing fast, and we're building a sales team. We have multiple openings for driven sales professionals to help us partner with established businesses that value quality marketing.

What you'll do:

• Identify and reach out to mid-to-large companies across the UAE & GCC

• Build relationships with business owners, marketing managers, and decision-makers

• Pitch our services: social media management, content creation, paid ads, influencer campaigns, and video production

• Work closely with our team on proposals and close deals

What we offer:

• 20% recurring monthly commission on every client you bring, paid every month for as long as the client stays with us

• Fixed monthly salary unlocked once you hit a set monthly revenue target, on top of your commissions

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in marketing, advertising, or media
