## Description

A major contracting company is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join its Head Office team in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily HR operations and ensure efficient implementation of HR processes.

• Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.

• Prepare periodic HR reports, analyze data, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Provide management with accurate reports and insights to support decision-making.

• Oversee employee affairs, employment contracts, personnel files, and compliance with Saudi Labor Law.

• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and operational efficiency.

• Standardize and document HR procedures across departments and projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in HR operations management, preferably in the contracting sector.

• Strong experience in HR reporting, data analysis, and KPI monitoring.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

• Hands-on experience with Jisr HR system.

• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in preparing HR reports and analysis.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
