## Description

Dimondra Management is supporting an engineering consulting firm in recruiting a Digital Business & Proposal (Fresh graduate only).

We are seeking a fresh graduate in Information Technology (IT) or a related field who combines technical, design, communication, and organizational skills to support proposal development, business communications, and digital platform management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing, coordinating, and formatting technical and financial proposals, as well as gathering inputs and following up on them.

• Designing presentations, introductory marketing materials, and visual content for the company.

• Following up on proposals, communicating with clients, and coordinating requests and correspondence.

• Managing and maintaining social media platforms and digital content.

• Working with work management, collaboration, content, and file platforms such as SharePoint, Google Workspace, Notion, ClickUp, or similar tools.

• Organizing information and supporting digital communication and coordination across teams.

Requirements:

• Recent Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.

• Good skills in graphic design and presentation preparation.

• Proficiency in using digital platforms and work management/collaboration tools.

• Good proficiency in English.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills, with quick learning ability and strong attention to detail.

We welcome fresh graduates; full-time work experience is not required.

• Relevant experience gained during study will be considered, including co-op/summer training, part-time or seasonal work, freelancing, applied projects, and student or volunteer activities.
