The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, deep understanding of 22K, 18k gold and diamond jewellery, and a proven track record in managing premium retail environments

## Requirements

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in jewellery retail, with at least 2–3 years in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role. Previous experience in Tanishq or Titan stores is preferred. Strong exposure to gold jewellery retailing, diamonds, or traditional gold product categorisation. Experience in GCC or high-volume jewellery stores is an advantage. Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills. Strong customer service orientation with ability to engage diverse customer profile.
