## Description

📢 We’re Hiring: Specialist – HSE

Location: Saudi Arabia, Haradh

We are looking for a Specialist – HSE to support the implementation and continuous improvement of Health, Safety & Environment standards across our operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and support risk assessments, HSE audits, and workplace inspections.

• Identify unsafe behaviors and conditions and support corrective and preventive actions.

• Provide guidance to employees on occupational health and safety requirements.

• Support HSE awareness sessions and employee safety training.

• Assist with incident investigations, root cause identification, and reporting.

• Support inspection, testing, and maintenance of firefighting equipment and systems.

• Prepare HSE reports, audit reports, and maintain accurate HSE documentation.

• Support safety improvement projects and coordinate with Engineering, Technical, Purchasing, consultants, and service vendors.

• Monitor compliance with HSE policies, procedures, standards, and applicable legal requirements.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of HSE systems and processes.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Quality, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing.

• HSE certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, or IOSH Managing Safely are highly desirable.

• Knowledge of current international and industry-based HSE standards.

• First Aid knowledge/certification.

• Strong skills in root cause analysis, problem-solving, communication, and time management.

• A proactive HSE professional who can identify risks, promote a strong safety culture, communicate effectively with different stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement.

• The role is based at company premises and may require travel to other locations based on business needs.

## Requirements
