Role: AI Governance Lead

Location: Doha, Qatar

Duration: yearly renewable

Experience: 5+ years in a similar AI Engineering / AI Governance role

Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Governance Lead with a strong hands-on background in AI/GenAI/LLM engineering combined with practical experience in AI governance, risk, and controls.

The ideal candidate must have actually built, tested, evaluated, and deployed AI solutions. Candidates whose experience is limited to AI policy, compliance, or governance without hands-on AI engineering experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, test, evaluate, and deploy AI/GenAI/LLM solutions.

• Develop and implement AI governance, risk, and control frameworks.

• Translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.

• Work with technical, business, risk, and governance teams.

Mandatory Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant AI Engineering / AI Governance experience.

• Hands-on AI/GenAI/LLM/ML solution development.

• Proven AI solution testing, evaluation, and deployment experience.

• Practical AI Governance and Risk/Controls experience.

• Experience in government or large institutions; GCC experience preferred.
