About Us:

Abdullah Al-Othaim Markets Company is a Saudi-based joint stock company with active operations in both Saudi Arabia and Egypt. It is considered one of the leading retail companies in the Kingdom.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee stores within the assigned area, ensuring achievement of sales, profitability, and operational targets.

• Develop and implement area operating plans and budgets in coordination with store managers and Finance.

• Monitor operating expenses and ensure stores remain within approved budgets.

• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve sales.

• Conduct regular and unannounced store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and address operational issues.

• Monitor competitor stores and submit findings and recommendations.

• Ensure product availability by monitoring stock movement, automated replenishment, and ordering limits.

• Coordinate promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, product displays, and space allocation to support sales growth.

• Oversee compliance with leasing procedures for shops, kiosks, shelves, and gondola displays.

• Review customer feedback and complaints and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.

• Coordinate new store openings and staffing requirements with the relevant departments.

• Identify training needs, support employee development, and prepare regular operational reports for management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail sales or store management.

• Ability to achieve sales targets, drive growth, control costs, and manage operating expenses.

• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication, team leadership, and employee development skills.

• Customer-focused approach, with the ability to resolve complaints professionally and improve operational efficiency.
