## Description

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to lead a large-scale Salesforce transformation program across CRM, Service, Field Service, Integration, Data, and AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the migration from SAP CRM to Salesforce CRM while ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA as the enterprise ERP platform.

• Define enterprise architecture across Service Cloud (Case Management), Field Service (including offline mobility capabilities), MuleSoft, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Next, and future Agentforce adoption.

• Understand Asset Management business processes and translate requirements into scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions.

• Drive architecture workshops, solution governance, and alignment across business and technology stakeholders.

• Provide architectural leadership across multiple workstreams and coordinate with domain architects and delivery teams.

• Present and defend solution recommendations to senior leadership and CXO stakeholders, ensuring adherence to Salesforce and industry best practices.

• Act as the overall architecture anchor for the program, ensuring successful implementation, platform scalability, and long-term business value.

Required Experience

• 15+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture and large-scale digital transformation programs.

• Strong expertise in Salesforce ecosystem, enterprise integrations, and Asset/Field Service business processes.

• Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, and executive communication skills.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and architect complex enterprise solutions.
