## Description

WE ARE HIRING!

Position: Planning Engineer – Railway Project

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules in line with project milestones and contractual requirements.

• Prepare baseline programmes, look-ahead schedules, progress reports, and recovery plans.

• Monitor project progress and identify delays, critical activities, and potential risks.

• Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure timely project execution.

• Track actual progress against planned targets and recommend corrective actions.

• Prepare progress reports, S-curves, manpower histograms, and other planning deliverables.

• Support delay analysis, programme revisions, and extension of time (EOT) submissions.

• Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants regarding project schedules and progress updates.

• Ensure compliance with project planning procedures and reporting requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.

• Experience in railway, metro, or major infrastructure projects is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, critical path analysis, progress monitoring, and reporting.

• Experience preparing baseline programmes, recovery schedules, and delay analysis.

• Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
