## Description

Join Lufthansa Technik for VIP Corporate Sales and influence the future of aviation by winning, growing, and retaining high-value customers across the region.

Tasks

• Be responsible for building and maintaining relationships

• Planning, preparing, executing and following up on customer activities in order to acquire new customers for LHT and LHT Group as well as retain and develop existing customers;

• Identify clients potential, implement individual clients strategies

• Manage sales projects and related teams, use internal resources efficiently;

• Identify customer needs/demands and buying motives and use them to develop offers and negotiation strategies;

• Prepare, draft, and present customer-focused proposals. Draft contracts and documents for acquisition;

• Check offers and contract contents for relevance and value adds. Coordinate with central departments and management;

• Conduct contract negotiations with relevant stakeholder teams;

• Actively lead clarification needs during service provision to a solution (payment issues, warranties, goodwill);

• Observe market, customers and competitors and provide resulting insights to product management and business intelligence.

• Participate in marketing and customer events;

Requirements

• Completed university degree, preferably in industrial engineering, engineering, business administration, or economics

• Minimum three years of professional experience in sales

• Good knowledge of business fundamentals and interdependencies, contract/aviation law; technical understanding of aviation

• Skills in project management

• Fluent business English, proficiency in Arabic is desirable but not mandatory;

• Excellent negotiation skills, assertiveness, and strong powers of persuasion

• Ability to work effectively in a team

• Very strong service orientation and customer focus, combined with pronounced intercultural competence

• Good analytical and conceptual skills, creativity, initiative, and a high level of resilience

• Excellent presentation, communication and customer relationship skills

• Confident, professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills, resilience and high sense of responsibility

• Location of residence: DXB, RUH, JED or HAM, willingness to travel frequently

• Psychological suitability assessment, if applicable
