Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer / Sales Representative role based in Jeddah. The role involves engaging prospective buyers and investors, presenting real estate projects and community features, and explaining the technical and structural aspects of properties in clear, accessible terms. The Sales Engineer / Sales Representative will conduct property tours, prepare and deliver sales proposals, respond to inquiries, and provide ongoing customer follow-up. The role also includes coordinating with technical and development teams to ensure accurate information, resolving client concerns, supporting contract negotiations, and maintaining CRM records to track leads and sales activities.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to effectively explain project specifications and address technical questions.

• Candidates should possess strong Sales capabilities to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.

• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present information clearly and build trust with clients and stakeholders.

• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to manage client expectations, handle issues, and ensure a positive buying experience.

• Relevant experience in real estate, construction, or property development is highly beneficial.

• Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, manage multiple prospects, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software for reporting and documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
