Real Estate Agent

Arena Group is looking for a Real Estate Agent to join our Arena Properties team in Dubai. You’ll help buyers and investors find suitable properties, build lasting client relationships, and manage enquiries from first contact through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients’ requirements, budgets and timelines, and recommend suitable off-plan and resale properties

• Qualify enquiries, arrange viewings and deliver clear project presentations

• Build relationships with developers, property owners and industry partners

• Support negotiations and coordinate transaction milestones with the relevant teams

• Keep accurate CRM records and maintain consistent client follow-up

• Stay informed about Dubai communities, new developments and market activity

• Give clients accurate information and work professionally and ethically

Requirements

• Real estate or client-facing sales experience; Dubai property experience is preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

• An organised, proactive approach with reliable follow-through

• Confidence using CRM systems and everyday business tools

• Professional English; additional languages are an advantage

• Relevant local real estate credentials, or willingness and eligibility to obtain them where required
