Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive fluent in Chinese and Russian to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, expanding our customer base, and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Chinese- and Russian-speaking markets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, corporate partners, and existing customers.

• Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, and other business development activities.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

• Promote the company's services and achieve business development targets.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and business reports.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service and successful business development.

Requirements

• Fluency in Chinese or Russian is required.

• Good command of English for internal communication and business correspondence.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.

• Previous experience in business development, sales, client relations, or a similar role is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong networking abilities and a client-focused mindset.

• Ability to work independently and meet business development targets.

• Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.
