Role Description

The Producer is responsible to conceptualize, produce, and deliver high-quality digital media content that aligns with the company’s vision and editorial strategy, enhances audience reach, and strengthens the platform’s digital presence.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Generate creative ideas and transform them into engaging and impactful media content.

• Write digital media content in various formats, including scripts, storyboards, captions, and publishing-related information to maximize reach and engagement.

• Coordinate and communicate with all relevant internal and external stakeholders involved in content production.

• Manage content publishing, audience interaction, and performance reporting across the company’s social media platforms.

• Present video content or record voice-overs for company-produced materials when required.

• Plan and manage targeted digital campaigns aimed at shaping public opinion or creating trends in alignment with the company’s strategy.

• Continuously develop skills and stay up to date with the latest social media tools, trends, and platform algorithms.

• Contribute to content planning, editorial calendars, and production workflows to ensure consistency and quality.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in content creation and digital media production.

• Strong writing, scripting, and storytelling skills.

• Familiarity with social media management tools and performance analytics.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively within a team.

• Creative mindset with a solid understanding of digital trends and audience behavior.

• Arabic language is a must.
