## Description

Experience: Minimum 10 years in construction, preferably UAE/GCC.

Responsibilities:

Manage A-to-Z construction projects from mobilization to final handover.

Strong experience in excavation, foundations, RCC, structural steel, PEB, roofing, cladding and finishing works.

Handle project planning, manpower, materials, procurement and subcontractors.

Coordinate civil, structural and MEP works.

Control project schedules, costs, quality, safety and documentation.

Coordinate with clients, consultants and authorities.

Prepare progress reports, valuations, variations and handover documents.

• Requirements: Civil Engineering degree, strong site execution and project management skills, and proven experience independently delivering complete construction projects from start to finish.
