The Agenda is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in Motion Graphics to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who can bring ideas to life through compelling visuals, engaging animations, and high-quality creative assets across digital platforms, marketing campaigns, events, and brand communications.

What You’ll Do

• Design engaging visuals for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and marketing materials.

• Create motion graphics, and animated content for digital platforms and promotional campaigns.

• Develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate briefs into impactful visual content.

• Adapt creative assets to different formats, platforms, and campaign requirements.

• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, consistency, and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in graphic design and motion graphics.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.

• A solid understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour, and visual storytelling.

• Experience creating animations and motion content for social media and digital marketing.

• A strong portfolio showcasing both static designs and motion graphics.

• Good communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work to deadlines.
