## Description

Role Summary

The Tele Sales Agent manages the company's long-tail of small customers across Makkah and

Madina through phone-based selling. This role is responsible for generating, converting, and

retaining a high volume of small accounts efficiently, using outbound and inbound calls as the

primary sales channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of small customer accounts via phone, without the need

for regular in-person visits.

• Make outbound calls to prospective small customers to introduce products/services and

generate new orders.

• Handle inbound inquiries from small customers, converting them into confirmed sales.

• Process orders accurately and coordinate with operations to ensure timely delivery.

• Follow up regularly with existing small accounts to encourage repeat orders and prevent

churn.

• Maintain up-to-date, accurate records of calls, orders, and customer information in the

CRM system.

• Meet daily/weekly call volume, conversion, and revenue targets.

• Escalate larger or higher-potential accounts to the Account Manager team when

appropriate.

• Handle basic customer service queries and complaints, resolving or escalating as

needed.

• Support promotional campaigns and outbound sales pushes for small-account

segments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience in tele sales, call center sales, or customer service is preferred.

• Strong phone communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.

• Comfortable with high call volumes and target-driven work.

• Basic computer literacy and comfort using CRM/order systems.

• Fluent Arabic; basic English is a plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma/degree in a related field is a plus.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of calls made and conversion rate.

• Revenue generated from small accounts.

• Customer retention/repeat order rate among the long-tail base.
