## Description

Required Experience

Candidates should demonstrate:

• Minimum 15 years' experience managing large-scale ERP implementations and enterprise transformation programmes.

• Significant senior-level Project Manager or Programme Manager experience.

• Strong hands-on experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud programmes.

• Demonstrable experience taking Oracle Fusion or comparable enterprise ERP programmes through:

o Testing

o UAT

o Defect resolution

o Data migration

o Business readiness

o Cutover

o Go-live

o Stabilisation

• Experience managing large system implementation/integration partners.

• Strong experience working across business, IT, functional and technical teams.

• Experience managing complex programmes involving multiple modules and interdependent workstreams.

• Demonstrable experience recovering delayed or challenged programmes is highly desirable.

• Experience delivering major ERP programmes in the UAE or Middle East is advantageous.

Oracle Fusion Experience

• Strong implementation experience should span several of the following areas:

• Oracle Fusion Financials

• Oracle Fusion Procurement

• Oracle Fusion Project Management / Projects

• Oracle Fusion HCM

• Oracle Fusion SCM

• Data migration

• Integrations

• Security and roles

• Reporting

• Testing and UAT

• Cutover and deployment

The role does not require the individual to act as the functional consultant for every Oracle module.

• However, the successful candidate must possess sufficient Oracle Fusion delivery experience to challenge functional and technical teams intelligently, identify delivery risk and distinguish genuine technical dependencies from avoidable project delays.
