They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement. Responsibilities • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, labor laws, and HR standards. • Manage employee relations cases, providing guidance on disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and workplace matters. • Partner with managers on team development, performance management, and employee engagement. • Support performance appraisal cycles and identify learning and development needs. • Manage recruitment and selection for junior and mid-level positions. • Oversee employee transfers, relocations, exit interviews, and related HR documentation. • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and deliver training sessions. • Analyze HR data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to workforce performance. • Optimize workforce planning, staff structures, headcount allocation, and budgeted hours in line with business needs. • Promote a safe, productive, and positive working environment.
