## Description

Revive Building Contracting LLC is a Dubai-based design and build contractor specializing in luxury residential renovations, villa extensions, fit-outs, and bespoke joinery. We are seeking an experienced Design Manager (Lead Interior Designer) to lead our design team and oversee high-end residential projects across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of designers, 3D visualizers, and draftsmen.

• Oversee the full design process, from concept development to detailed execution drawings.

• Conduct client meetings, present design concepts, and manage client expectations.

• Review 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, material selections, and technical details.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and our in-house joinery factory.

• Ensure design quality, deadlines, and project budgets are maintained.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in luxury residential design, villa renovations, and fit-outs.

• Proven experience leading and managing a design team.

• Strong technical knowledge of materials, finishes, and bespoke joinery.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant 3D design software.

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

• Valid UAE driving license.

• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
