Role Description This full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role is based in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will manage a portfolio of residential, commercial, and luxury properties, guiding clients through buying, selling, and leasing transactions from initial inquiry to closing. Daily responsibilities include conducting property viewings, advising clients on market conditions and pricing, preparing and reviewing contracts, and coordinating with landlords, developers, and other stakeholders. The role also involves prospecting for new listings, building and maintaining client relationships, and using marketing tools and platforms to promote properties. The Real Estate Agent will ensure all activities comply with local regulations and company standards while providing a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License in the UAE and strong knowledge of local Real Estate regulations and practices.

• Candidates should possess Sales and Real Estate skills, including negotiation, lead generation, and closing transactions.

• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to deliver responsive, client-focused support and build long-term relationships.

• Candidates should possess Real Property knowledge, including understanding of property valuation, market trends, and investment potential.

• Additional beneficial qualifications include fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus), strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency with CRM and listing platforms, a valid UAE driver’s license, and prior experience in Dubai’s real estate market.
