## Description

Warehouse Officer – Exploration Camp

We are hiring a Warehouse Officer to run the warehouse at our exploration camp in a remote area of Saudi Arabia. You will make sure the field team always has the materials, spare parts, consumables and equipment it needs, with accurate records and no surprises.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store and issue materials, spare parts, fuel, consumables and field equipment

• Maintain accurate stock records in the inventory system or Excel, and update them daily

• Run regular stock counts and reconcile any variances

• Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests before items run out, keeping in mind long delivery times to a remote site

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics and suppliers on deliveries to the camp

• Keep the warehouse organized, clean and compliant with HSE standards, including safe storage of fuel, chemicals and hazardous materials

• Track tools and equipment issued to staff and contractors

• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports for management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse or store experience, preferably in mining, oil and gas, construction or camp operations

• Good knowledge of inventory control and stock management

• Proficient in Excel; experience with an ERP or inventory system is a plus

• Excellent English, spoken and written

• Valid Saudi driving license

• Willing to live and work at a remote camp site on a rotation basis

Preferred

• Experience in an exploration or remote camp warehouse

• Knowledge of handling hazardous materials and fuel storage

• Forklift certification
