## Description

We are seeking an accomplished Account Director/Senior Manager to lead strategic communications programmes for a leading organisation in Riyadh.

This senior role requires a commercially minded communications leader who can build trusted stakeholder relationships, shape integrated campaigns and lead high-performing teams.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the development and delivery of integrated communications strategies.

• Serve as a senior adviser to key stakeholders on reputation, corporate communications, issues and crisis management.

• Oversee account delivery, budgets, resourcing and commercial performance.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.

• Lead, mentor and develop a talented account team.

• Drive consistently high standards of strategic thinking, creativity and client service.

• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to new-business activity.

What you’ll bring:

• Significant experience in agency or in-house communications, including senior account leadership.

• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market, media landscape and business environment.

• Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream communications programmes.

• Excellent strategic thinking, writing and presentation skills.

• Strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach.

• Arabic language skills are highly advantageous.
