## Description

Sales Manager – Data Center Cooling Solutions

Location: UAE

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in Data Center Cooling Solutions to join our team.

The ideal candidate should combine strong technical knowledge in cooling/HVAC systems with proven sales and business development experience, particularly within the data center and mission-critical infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage sales opportunities for Data Center Cooling Solutions.

Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, system integrators, and end users.

Manage the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification and technical discussions through quotation, negotiation, and order closing.

Provide technical and commercial support during the pre-sales stage, including equipment selection and solution design.

Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and technical requirements.

Coordinate equipment selection and technical solutions in line with project requirements.

Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and material submittals.

Coordinate with manufacturers/factories regarding technical and commercial requirements.

Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and prepare regular sales forecasts.

Support project handover and coordinate with execution and after-sales teams.

Develop opportunities for maintenance contracts, spare parts, upgrades, and retrofit solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory.

Proven experience in Data Center Cooling Solutions / Precision Cooling / Mission-Critical Cooling.

Strong technical understanding of cooling systems used in data centers.

Previous experience in technical sales or sales management within the UAE/GCC market.

Existing relationships with consultants, contractors, and data center clients would be an advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

UAE driving license is preferred.
