## Description

About the Role

Square Interiors is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Architect with strong expertise in architectural and interior design, 3D visualization, technical drawings, and project execution.

The ideal candidate must be capable of independently managing the complete design process, from initial concepts and photorealistic renders to detailed shop drawings and technical documentation for site implementation.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop architectural and interior design concepts, space planning, layouts, and design presentations.

* Produce high-quality 3D models, photorealistic renders, and architectural visualizations.

* Prepare comprehensive architectural drawings, shop drawings, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.

* Develop detailed joinery drawings, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, elevations, sections, and material specifications.

* Translate approved design concepts into accurate, coordinated, and executable technical drawings.

* Ensure design feasibility, constructability, and compliance with project specifications and applicable UAE regulations.

* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, MEP teams, subcontractors, and site supervisors.

* Review site conditions, conduct site measurements, and resolve technical and design-related challenges during execution.

* Prepare material selections, finishes schedules, and technical specifications.

* Manage design revisions, client comments, and drawing submissions within project deadlines.

* Ensure consistency between design intent, approved drawings, and final site implementation.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.

* Minimum 7 years of professional experience,MUST Experience in the UAE fit-out and interior design industry.

* Proven experience in both creative design development and technical detailing for construction.

* Advanced proficiency in:

* AutoCAD – Architectural and shop drawings

* 3ds Max / SketchUp / Revit – 3D modeling

* V-Ray / Corona / Enscape / Lumion – Photorealistic rendering

* Adobe Photoshop / InDesign – Design presentations

* Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, joinery, finishes, construction methods, and installation details.

* Ability to independently develop complete architectural and interior design drawing packages.

* Strong understanding of UAE building standards and authority requirements.

* Excellent design judgment, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to manage multiple design deliverables while meeting strict deadlines.

* Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
