Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Reports to: General Manager

About the Role:

QYNDA is a modest activewear brand selling across the GCC. We're hiring a Graphic Designer & Video Editor to turn our shoots and campaigns into the static, motion, and video assets that our social, website, and paid channels run on every week.

Portfolio: Your Work Decides

Your portfolio is the biggest factor in how we screen. Every application must include a portfolio or showreel link (Behance, Google Drive, Vimeo, Instagram, or a personal site). Please show us:

• Your best graphic work, covering social posts, ads, and web or banner visuals

• At least 3 video edits, with a note on what you personally edited

• Work you made yourself. Where it was a team effort, tell us what your part was

• Anything in fashion, activewear, or e-commerce, if you have it

Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed. Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a short design or edit task.

What You'll Own

Graphic Design

• Social posts, stories, and carousels for Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat

• Paid ad creative in multiple formats and sizes, built to test and iterate quickly

• Website banners, homepage and collection page visuals, and PDP graphics

• Campaign and launch packs for seasonal and edition drops

Video Editing & Motion

• Edit short-form vertical video: Reels, TikToks, Snaps, and ad cuts

• Cut product and lifestyle footage from our shoots, with captions, sound, and pacing built for each platform

• Create simple motion graphics, transitions, and animated banners

• Deliver multiple hook and cut variations for ad testing

Brand Consistency

• Work within QYNDA's palette, typography, and tone, and keep a clean, organized asset library

• Produce Arabic and English versions of layouts where needed

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing

• Proven experience with short-form social and paid ad content

• A good eye for typography, layout, and fashion or lifestyle styling

• Able to turn work around quickly without losing quality

• Comfortable working with Arabic and English text; fluency is a plus

• Bonus: fashion, activewear, or e-commerce experience
