Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in Forex Sales to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new clients.

• Generate new business and achieve monthly sales and deposit targets.

• Identify potential clients and convert leads into active clients.

• Build and maintain a strong client network through various business development strategies.

• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to client onboarding and deposits.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance.

• Consistently achieve individual and team targets.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of proven experience in Forex Sales / Financial Markets is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of the Forex industry, trading products, and client acquisition.

• Proven track record of achieving sales and deposit targets.

• Candidates with a sales dashboard or verifiable performance records are highly preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies.

• Focused, self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.

• Hindi-speaking candidates are preferred.

• Candidates with an existing client network or strong business relationships will be an added advantage.

Important: Candidates must have relevant Forex Sales experience. Candidates without Forex Sales experience will not be considered.
