Real Estate Agents Wanted | Dubai Luxury Real Estate

RedSand Real Estate is expanding, and we’re looking for motivated professionals with experience in real estate or a call centre environment to join our team.

Working across off-plan and secondary market properties, you’ll connect with an international clientele and have access to premium, exclusive and off-market opportunities through our developer relationships.

What we offer:

• Commission-based earnings, with a basic salary provided after your first closed deal

Commission structure, based on gross commission collected:

• 2% for governmental and semi-governmental developers

• 2.5% for other developers

• 3% for selected developers

Who we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in real estate or a call centre environment

• Strong negotiation skills and confidence handling client enquiries

• Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus

• A proactive approach to sales, targets and client follow-up

Your role:

You’ll advise clients on suitable properties, source and qualify opportunities, conduct viewings and close deals. You’ll also build relationships with high-net-worth clients, stay informed about Dubai’s property market and maintain accurate CRM records while following RERA regulations.
