We’re looking for someone who can sign properties for short term rentals in Dubai.

At Homevy, we help property owners manage short-term rentals, taking care of everything from furnishing and photography to pricing, guest management, housekeeping, and maintenance.

We’re looking for a top sales manager to grow our portfolio of properties under management.

P.S: This is a field role. Most weeks you'll be out across Dubai for property visits, owner meetings and networking events. Hence, having a car and a driver’s license is compulsory for this role.

The Role

You’ll;

• Generate news business: find property owners through outreach, agents, investors, referrals, industry events and many more.

• Build referral partnerships with agents, brokers and developers and partners who can introduce suitable properties.

• Present compelling proposals: Explain our services, fees, and management approach clearly to prospects.

• Negotiate and close: Handle objections and secure signed management agreements.

• Coordinate a complete handover covering owner expectations, agreed terms, required documents, property readiness, and proposed launch dates.

• Manage your pipeline: Keep accurate CRM records, clear next steps, and realistic forecasts. Report regularly on progress, conversion rates, and barriers to closing.

• Improve our sales approach: Share market feedback, track reasons for won and lost deals, refine our messaging, proposals, and acquisition channels.

Role requirements

• Based in Dubai, with a UAE driving licence and your own car

• A track record of signing new business in holiday homes, property management or brokerage, real estate, or similar

• Experience running the full cycle, from first call to signed agreement

• Knowledge of the Dubai property market

• Clear spoken and written English

• A clear focus on acquisition and successful handover of properties.

Bonus points

• Experience acquiring properties for a Dubai holiday-home company

• An existing network of owners, brokers or developers

• Understanding of short-term rental numbers: occupancy, nightly rates, owner returns

• Arabic, Russian or another language
