Job Description

NEV Real Estate LLC, an international real estate brokerage based in Dubai, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent specializing in the Secondary Market to join our growing team.

We are seeking a results-driven professional with strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Dubai's secondary real estate market (ready property sales and leasing).

• Fluent in both Russian and English (spoken and written) – mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, property prices, market trends, and real estate transactions.

• Experience in property listings, client viewings, negotiations, and closing deals.

• Ability to generate leads, acquire property listings, and maintain relationships with landlords and clients.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

• Valid UAE driving license and own car are highly preferred.

• RERA certification or broker card is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle secondary market property sales and rental transactions across Dubai.

• Source and secure property listings directly from owners and landlords.

• Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to clients.

• Assist buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants throughout the transaction process.

• Negotiate offers and successfully close property deals.

• Maintain accurate and updated property listings on real estate portals.

• Build and maintain a strong network of clients, investors, and property owners.

• Stay informed about Dubai real estate market trends and investment opportunities.
