Role Description The Dermatologist & Aesthetic Medicine Trainer will deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training in dermatology and aesthetic procedures to healthcare professionals and learners at varying levels of experience. This contract role includes preparing curricula, lesson plans, and training materials; conducting interactive lectures, workshops, and hands-on clinical demonstrations; and ensuring all training adheres to institutional, regulatory, and safety standards. The trainer will supervise and assess learners’ skills, provide structured feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of courses and accreditation requirements. The role is hybrid, based in Bahrain with a combination of on-site training at the Center and occasional remote work for course preparation, virtual sessions, and learner support.
