Job Summery We are looking for a passionate and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join a prestigious, high-volume, fine dining venue in DIFC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hospitality and working in a fine dining restaurant with at least 2 years experience. Main duties and responsibilities • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to guests in a fine dining environment. • Welcome guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience. • Present menus, explain dishes, ingredients, preparation methods and daily specials. • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food, wine and beverage pairings. • Take orders accurately and communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar teams. • Ensure tables are set up and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and respond promptly to requests. • Handle guest complaints professionally, ensuring a positive resolution. • Uphold the restaurant’s service standards, reputation and commitment to excellence What We Are Looking For The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills: • Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar role within a fine dining or upscale restaurant. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong knowledge of fine dining service etiquette and standards. • Professional, well-groomed appearance and positive attitude. • Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences. • Good knowledge of food, beverages, wine and menu descriptions. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage. • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. • Minimum 2 years experience in a fine dining restaurant If this feels like a fit, we would love to hear from you!
