About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to manage end-to-end logistics operations across domestic and international markets. The role will focus on ensuring efficient shipment coordination, inventory accuracy, and compliance with customs regulations, while driving continuous improvements across the supply chain function.

The ideal candidate will bring strong operational expertise and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

About the Requirements

• Oversee warehousing and inventory movements across the region.

• Monitor shipments and ensure on-time deliveryMaintain accurate inventory records and investigate discrepancies.

• Handle customs clearance processes and compliance requirements.

• Manage domestic & international shipments.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers & customs brokers.

• Analyze logistics performance, costs, and KPIs. Drive continuous improvement initiatives

About you

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding

• Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs processes, and documentation

• Experience using ERP systems like as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multicultural environment

• Must have UAE driving license and car.
