## Description

for a well-known Bank in Kuwait, we are looking for Oracle Database Adminsitrator. the Oracle DBA will be responsible for installing, configuring, and administering Oracle Database environments, ensuring high performance, availability, and security across production and non‑production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, and support Oracle Database environments

• Monitor database performance, capacity, and availability; perform tuning and optimization

• Manage backup, recovery, patching, and upgrade activities

• Ensure database security, access controls, and compliance with internal standards

• Support both production and non‑production environments in coordination with application and infrastructure teams

• Participate in incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Oracle Database Administration (e.g., Oracle 19c)

• Hands‑on expertise with RMAN, Data Guard, performance tuning, and troubleshooting

• Experience supporting Linux/Unix environments

• Familiarity with enterprise backup, monitoring, and disaster recovery practices

Added Value

• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Exadata Cloud@Customer (ExaCC)

• Exposure to high‑availability and mission‑critical banking or enterprise environments
