## Description

SAP SuccessFactors PMGM,LMS,CDP and SP consultant

Location: Sohar,Oman ( onsite)

6months contract with possible extension

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Support amp; Innovation Consultant with 8+ years of experience to provide functional support, continuous improvement, and business advisory services across SuccessFactors Talent Management modules. The ideal candidate is expected to work as trusted partner with business stakeholders, proactively identifying opportunities for process optimization, AI adoption, automation, and improved user experience.

• The consultant should possess strong expertise in Performance amp; Goals Management (PMGM), Learning Management System (LMS), Career Development Planning (CDP), and Succession amp; Development Planning (SDP), while demonstrating excellent customer-facing, communication, and consulting skills.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders, providing guidance on SuccessFactors capabilities, best practices, and future roadmap opportunities.

• Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements that improve efficiency, user experience, and business outcomes.

• Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions aligned with SAP SuccessFactors best practices. Configure and maintain Talent Management modules, ensuring solutions meet business needs while adhering to SAP standards.

• Monitor application performance, adoption, and usage trends, recommending actions to maximize the value of the SuccessFactors platform.

• Lead workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution discussions with business, HR, and IT stakeholders.

## Requirements

8+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with strong expertise in PMGM, LMS, CDP, and SDP; experience providing functional support, continuous improvement, and business advisory services; ability to gather and translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions; familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors best practices; strong customer-facing, communication, and consulting skills; ability to lead workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
