About Us:

XPL is a local leader in providing cutting-edge logistics solutions for multinational companies and local companies based in Saudi Arabia. It has been a major actor during the Covid19 crisis, and Its role was to find fast and adaptive solutions to react to this crisis in the kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers.

• Run onboarding so new joiners are set up, compliant, and productive from day one.

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, HR requests, and support.

• Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs, including overtime, allowances, and deductions.

• Handle offboarding, including resignations, clearances, final settlements, and exit documentation.

• Experience with HRIS systems and government HR platforms.

• Strong working knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and payroll processes.

• Ensure all HR activities follow Saudi Labor Law, government platform requirements (GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad), and internal policies.

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum Experience:

5+ years of hands-on HR experience covering the full employee lifecycle.

Skills:

• Fluent in Arabic and English.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with confidential information.
