## Description

SALES EXECUTIVE – SALONS

Your role

Grow professional haircare sales through regular salon visits, new customer acquisition, product presentations, and consistent follow-up.

Key responsibilities

• Develop relationships with existing and prospective salon customers.

• Identify new opportunities and expand salon coverage.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Present products and coordinate demonstrations and education sessions.

• Execute promotions, launches, and in-salon merchandising.

• Follow up on orders, deliveries, collections, and customer enquiries.

• Maintain sales activity records and share market and competitor feedback.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience, preferably in salons, professional haircare, cosmetics, or beauty distribution.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

• Confidence in presenting products and developing new business.

• Valid Kuwait driving licence.

• Arabic and English communication skills preferred.

• Knowledge of haircare, hair colour, styling, or salon retail products is an advantage.

Candidates with strong premium beauty or haircare retail experience and readiness for field sales are also encouraged to apply.
