## Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Customer Accounts Specialist to manage B2B client accounts, maintain strong customer relationships, understand client requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain relationships with assigned B2B corporate clients.

• Understand clients’ manpower and workforce requirements.

• Coordinate with Recruitment and Operations teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.

• Follow up on client requests, inquiries, contracts, and service-related matters.

• Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups.

• Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.

• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction.

• Support account growth by identifying additional business opportunities with existing clients.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, requirements, and account activities.

• Achieve assigned customer account and business targets.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

• 1+ year of experience in Customer Accounts, Account Management, B2B Sales, Business Development, or a related field.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with B2B clients.
