Your Responsibilities

• Lead the daily running of your restaurant, delivering a flawless and personalised guest experience at every touchpoint

• Inspire, coach and develop the service team to achieve daily goals and targets

• Work closely with the culinary and beverage teams to keep standards consistently exceptional

• Drive revenue through smart upselling, strong product knowledge and effective promotional activity

• Manage rosters, stock, costs and operational reporting with precision

• Handle guest feedback with warmth and confidence, turning every moment into loyalty

About You

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment

• A natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong food and beverage knowledge, with an eye for detail

• Calm and professional under pressure, with a genuine passion for hospitality

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
