Purpose of the Job Proper supervision of warehouse operations (Receiving, Binning, Storage, Picking & Dispatch) to improve productivity by ensuring that the right parts are handled at right time with right quality by fully utilization of available warehouse resources at PIO warehouses as per company policies. Key Accountabilities: Description - Daily Fulfillment parts for production. - ISO9001 - 5’S - PPO (Postproduction Operation) Key Accountabilities: Performance Indicators - Daily target for distribution the parts without delay - Audit every six month - Monthly Audit - Monthly Audit Major Activities 1- Manage the implementation of Toyota Production System (TPS) in the main Warehouse operation to ensure that parts are stored and piled up are in accordance with the targeted level by adhering to the process and procedures thereby improving business productivity 2- Ensuring that the right parts are handled at right time with right quality with fully utilization of available warehouse resources at PIO Sub warehouse as per company policies 3- Coordinate with the various departments (Quality, production, Planning, Inventory and PD) in the submission of parts, documentation like PIO order slip, parts discrepancy reports to related departments to reconcile information regarding receiving and issuing of stocks 4- Manage the Implementation on Daily basis 5S /PPO Audit / IMTITHAL, update & Display Reports Update Stock Reports on Daily & Monthly basis. 5- Develop succession plan and training programs for team members for context menu 6- Prepare annual leave plan for Staff reporting to him, to avoid conflicts between vacations and not affect the daily operation 7- Manage the knowledge transfer to staff and implement the succession plans to improve staff satisfaction and productivity and develop them to become multi-skilled workers. 8- Monitor the sections and set the new targets for each section and institute control of the operation cost as per approved company policies and procedures Job Context • The job has a direct impact over ensuring monitoring the warehouses operation activity. • The job holder has direct impact over coordinating with operation services with other business units and implementing best practices warehouse operation. • The job has indirect impact over daily vehicle production related to parts, • The job ensures following regulations and communicating any updates to the management and associates Framework, Boundaries & Decision Making Authority ▪ The job holder has the freedom to develop succession plan and training program (Forklift safety training,,,) Organizational / Functional Strategic Focus ▪ The job holder has a crucial strategic role in daily container receiving GRN in JSAP system, Warehouse storge management & disbatch parts orders. ▪ The job has a crucial supporting role in vehicle daily production Minimum Qualifications Diploma in Business or high schoo Minimum Experience 3 Years Experience (at least 2 Year Warehouse Operations Experience) Job-Specific Skills Time Management, Monitoring and Implementation, Active Learning, Stress Tolerance, Achievement/Effort, Awareness and Problem-Solving Skill Problem Sensitivity, Inductive Reasoning Languages English/Arabic Special Certifications / Membership Competencies Ensures Accountability (Individual Contributor) Plans & Aligns (Individual Contributor) Focuses on the customer (Individual Contributor) Learns Through Reflection (Individual Contributor) Fosters Collaboration (Individual Contributor) Why Work for Us?
