Job Description:

• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.

• Prepare, format, and distribute reports, letters, presentations, and other documents.

• Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain managers' calendars.

• Arrange meeting logistics, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.

• Organize, maintain, and update department filing systems (electronic and hard copy).

• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties regarding administrative matters.

• Track pending actions and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.

• Assist in preparing departmental reports, presentations, and documentation.

• Handle office supplies and coordinate administrative requirements.

• Maintain confidentiality of company information and sensitive documents.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and document control procedures.

• Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the Department Manager.
