## Description

The company plays a pivotal role in the development of the Saudi airports sector. The company manages and operates airports, including domestic and international airports. The company aims to build an advanced network of airports that supports tourism and enhances services quality and operational efficiency to achieve the Saudi Vision 2030 by developing airports and enhancing the investment opportunities.

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in Portfolio Management, PMO/P3, and CAPEX Projects Governance to support portfolio planning, governance, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee program and portfolio activities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic priorities.

• Lead and support PMO/P3 governance across CAPEX projects and initiatives.

• Develop, review, and evaluate Business Cases for projects and strategic initiatives.

• Support the development and review of Master Plans and ACA.

• Monitor portfolio performance, priorities, dependencies, risks, and key milestones.

• Review RFPs to ensure alignment with project requirements, governance standards, and business objectives.

• Prepare, review, and coordinate funding requests for VRP initiatives, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and the PWT team.

• Establish and maintain portfolio governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and performance dashboards.

• Provide management with regular portfolio and program-level reports, insights, and recommendations.

• Coordinate with project owners and key stakeholders to ensure effective execution and governance of initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in: Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related.

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Portfolio Management, PMO, Program Management, or a closely related area.
