Job Description

• Guarantee compliance with the quality standards and procedures

• Participate in the decision-making process for corrective and preventive actions within Production Department

• Planning, monitoring, and evaluate job results; coaching and disciplining employees

• Manage KPI’s related to his production line(s)

• Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources;

• Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are implemented and followed within Production;

• Monitors quality of incoming raw materials and finished products;

• Managing process and material flows, and work to maximize utilization of equipment;

• Help develop, update and maintain procedures and documentation for all Quality & Management Systems;

• Ensure employees are trained to do their work and their training is documented.

• Escort audits within his sector and implement corrective actions in case of deviation

• 12 - Focus on the continuous improvement of the process, utilizing PDCA and other tools. Leading the process, connecting all necessary stakeholders including equipment suppliers.

• Provide appropriate supervision.

• Identify risks and hazards arising from projects and activities.

• Prepare and implement identified control measures.

• Provide appropriate personal protective equipment to relevant personnel.

Academic Background

• Graduation in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering or related areas
